FINALLY!

Finally,
Tomorrow is my last final and last class of the entire Mesa program! Oh, and I am no longer unemployed-got hired about 2 weeks ago by Acacia Animal Health Center (the place where i did my second internship). It's wonderful. Lilu loves it too because she gets to go to tiny tots daycare all day long.
Oh ya-two entire years of seeing countless dogs and cats from the Camp Pendleton Shelter and I thought i had made it all the way without adopting one. WRONG-- today (the to the last day of school) I adopted one. She's a 2-3 week old kitten who I named Lyra.

She was the runt of the litter and was brought to school today because her mom was killed by a coyote :( As most of you know I have a weak spot for orphaned animals. I began to nurse her when she came in this am(yes, she is still being fed from a bottle--so cute) and that was it, i was hooked. Lilu loves her and licked off her face after her feeding tonight. Sumo....he's a different story. He may take a while.
